Join us throughout May to take on our retro console game ‘Tournament of the Month’, featuring Super Smash Bros
History: Super Smash Bros is a 1999 crossover fighting video game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. First released in 1999, it is the first instalment in the Super Smash Bros. series – a crossover between several different Nintendo franchises, including Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Metroid, F-Zero, Mother, Kirby, and Pokémon.
Entry fee: £5.00 per entrant, giving access to qualifiers and tournament.
Prize: Free VR Play Pass for x1 player (worth £45.00)
Qualifiers: Take place during store opening hours from Tuesday 2nd May 2023 until Tuesday 23rd May 2023.
Tournament finals: Take place from 6pm on Tuesday 30th May 2023.
How to enter: Simply pop down to the store during the qualifiers period and speak to a member of staff to take part. Keep the tournament final date free just in case you qualify to take part in the finals!
